The City of Milwaukee Equal Rights Commission is a group of community leaders, appointed by the mayor, who work with residents, employees, and visitors to make Milwaukee more equitable and free from discrimination. The ERC’s mission is to promote and protect equality, equity, and human rights through education, enforcement, and community engagement.
