Guests enjoy a wide array of marketplace vendors at PrideFest, set against Lake Michigan and downtown backdrops, creating a shopping experience like no other.

Are you a food vendor looking to introduce your product to our crowd? Are you flexible with developing your menu options?

We’ve grown our festival attendance to Over 45,000 people in 2024 for one amazing weekend of music, dance, friends, and fun. That’s a lot of hungry people — and we need the right menu mix to meet everyone’s appetites! 

Permanent food buildings can be found in the Miller Lite area, as well as in the Ethnic Foods Garden, just north of the main gate, across from the Dance Pavilion. Seating is available on picnic tables in each area. There are also spaces for several food trucks or stands throughout the grounds as well.

PrideFest had a 32% increase in attendance and vendors had more patron opportunities than ever before.

2025 FESTIVAL HOURS


THURSDAY, JUNE 5th – 4:30PM-12AM

FRIDAY, JUNE 6th – 3PM-12AM

SATURDAY, JUNE 7th –12PM-12A


HEALTH & WELLNESS

$250 – ( 2 Days )

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

$750 – Outside of - Health & Wellness (be sure to talk to Ryan Manning or Scott Gunkel to verify placement and fee) 


FOOD VENDORS

$1,800 - Food Truck - ( 3 Days ) 

$3,000 - Food Building – ( 3 Days )


MARKETPLACE VENDORS

$750-1,200 – ( 3 Days )

All Vendor Rentals are 10x10 spaces.

If more space is needed, please inquire as to additional cost. In lieu of a standard vendor rental, sponsorship opportunities exist ( starting at $3,000). They include many additional perks and opportunities.

Included in the standard vendor rentals is:

  • ( 1 ) 10x10 tent ( if needed ) with lights and sidewalls.
  • Power hookup ( if needed ) – Please include power requirements in vendor application.
  • ( 1 ) 8' folding table and ( 2 ) folding chairs.
  • ( 1 ) Lot P parking pass. 
  • ( 6 ) PrideFest 2025 single day admission tickets.

There are no commissions on food or vendor sales. Placement in the PrideFest footprint on the grounds is at the sole discretion of Milwaukee Pride. Requests for location preferences will be accepted, however, no placement details will be communicated prior to the event.  Vendors will be given their location assignments at check-in.
